How To: Access Your Digital All Access in the Customer Center

A New Way To Get Your All Access! 

We are making it easier (and faster) for you to get your hands on your All Access

Starting June 1, 2021 you can find each month’s magazine and designs in the customer center. 

In the customer center you can choose to download each design individually or, you can download the book and designs all at once

You will never have to worry about misplacing your books again!
They will now always be in one convenient location. 

Some FAQ’s We Went Ahead and Answered for You:

Q:Where can I find my digital All Access?

A: First log into your account with your username(email) and password. Click on Customer Center and then the All Access box. From here, click on the image of the magazine front cover and all designs included in the month will be displayed. You have the option to download the entire issue all at once or download each collection one at a time. Downloading all at once will take longer due to size. 

Q: Is the digital magazine different than the printed version?

A: The digital and physical version of the magazine contain the same information. In fact, the digital version has fun interactive features like videos, and convenient ways to bookmark and skip through the book via clickable icons.

Q: Do I have to download all of the designs at once or can I download some now and some later?

A: A huge benefit to digital is you can decide when to download the designs, either all at once, one at a time, or not at all until you are ready to start a project. Downloads are unlimited and will never go away! 

Q: What if I download the designs on my computer but delete them, will I still have access to download them again? 

A: Yes, there is no limit to how many times you can download these files. If you get a new computer or simply misplace your files, they will always live within the Customer Center when logged into your account.

Q: If I’ve never created an online Anita Goodesign account how do I know what login to use to access my files? 

A: Your membership is connected to your email address. You can try resetting your password or contact Customer Experience to get your account set up and linked to your All Access. 

Q: Will the designs automatically save to “My Library?”

A: Not at this time. We hope to have this feature available in the future.  

Q: Can the All Access magazine be mailed directly to my house?

A: Yes! If you do not have a local dealer in your area or you just prefer to have home shipment, there is a one-time fee of $108 for home shipment.

Q: If I receive a physical All Access book (either shipped to my home or to a dealer), will I still have access to download the book and designs from the website?

A: Yes, even if you are getting the physical book by mail you will still have the same access to download these files from your account. This means that even if you haven’t picked up your book you can get the same great benefits as the digital members.

Q: Where can I find a list of collections that were previously released in All Access?

A: We have an All Access release list on First, log in to your account and go to Customer Center. From there, click PDF tutorials and then All Access Release List. You will see the collections listed by date and alphabetically. 

Q: Can I renew early before my current membership expires?

A: Yes! You can renew at any point during your membership and we will start the new membership once your current one ends.
