We love to make zipper bags, and we especially love when a project can be made entirely in-the-hoop—no hand sewing needed! Choose from 8 playful critter designs in this fun project that creates a handy bag right in your home machine—no extra sewing required! Each animal zipper bag is made in just 3 easy hoopings: 1 for the freestanding body parts, 1 for the back of the bag, and 1 for the front of the bag. In the final hooping, you will position your freestanding elements, sandwiching them between the front and back of the bag. A final tacking stitch will help secure all the pieces into the bag. Then, you can flip your project right-side-out through the gap left in your zipper! We’ll walk you through every step of the process by showing how to stitch one of these cute characters, start to finish. From pens and pencils to sewing and embroidery supplies, these bags prove to be both useful and adorable!
