Here at Anita Goodesign, it’s no secret that we absolutely adore butterflies. You may know that butterflies belong to the Lepidoptera insect order, but did you know that moths belong to that same order? Even more interesting, moths make up about 90% of the insects in the Lepidoptera order. This collection pays tribute to these nocturnal winged wonders. Quick and easy to stitch out, the included quilt blocks feature simple bean stitched flower motifs. Of the 10 moth designs, you are sure to find some favorites. Get your non-fraying fabrics like felt, cork, and vinyl ready because these 3D moth designs are finished with a raw edge. Watch these furry little moths flutter across your finished quilt by hand sewing them at random to the blocks of your quilt. You can even use the moths separately from the quilt, if desired. It’s totally up to you!
