Hoop sizes 5” x 7” to 9.5” x 14”

This design pack consists of 15 components to create, totally in the 5x7 hoop, 7 different honeycomb variations, each final honeycomb measuring 11”x11¼”. There is also a design file to create a honeycomb coaster measuring 4¼”x4½”. All are reversible, featuring front and back fabrics and dense fleece inner batting and a treasure “hive” of decorative stitching and rich satin edges. Each large honeycomb is a perfect size for a plate charger or large hot pad (if the fleece batting is replaced with Insul-Brite) or a roll basket (if the fleece batting is replaced with Inn-Spire). But the real creativity kicks in if you make multiples and sew them together for a one-of-a-kind placemat, table topper, table runner, bed runner, even a lap quilt (if you use traditional “puffy” batting). There is a planning grid included to help in designing your project, along with detailed instructions. And last but not least, the components are all charm-square friendly!
