The art of rosemaling began in Norway as a decorative form of folk art. Rosemaling is traditionally painted on wood in floral and geometrical flowing patterns. We have successfully translated this style of art into embroidery for you to stitch out at home! The flowers and leaves were carefully hand blended to achieve the look of paint. This collection includes five beautiful rosemaling designs that come in three sizes that fit most hoop sizes. We used Floriani threads to create a delicate look for this collection.
