Returns, Refunds, and Distribution Policies

Refunds on Digital Items

Under no circumstances does Anita Goodesign issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the designs have been downloaded. If the item is a duplicate order and can be tracked in your order history, please contact our Customer Experience team (customerexperience@anita-goodesign.com) for further assistance.

Returns on Physical Items (Books w/CDs)

Anita Goodesign only accepts physical returns from items purchased directly through our website. If the physical items were purchased from an event or local dealer, please contact your dealer for any returns or exchanges. When returning by mail, you will be responsible for covering shipping costs. In the event that you are sent the wrong items or damaged items, items must be in perfect condition and sealed when returned, where applicable. Depending on the shipping method and carrier used to return, your package may take several days or weeks to reach us. Keep your proof of postage and notify us that you are shipping a return and include your tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Anita Goodesign will not issue credit for your returns. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you the appropriate credit for use on a future purchase.

Exchanges

We do not accommodate physical product exchanges for purchases made in a dealer store or at an event as we cannot guarantee the desired item will be in stock as physical product. In-store dealer credit is not transferable to our website.

Price Adjustments

If you have purchased an item from our website directly and Anita Goodesign places that item on sale within 48 hours of your purchase, we can offer a price adjustment. This will be adjusted to the price of the sale item purchased within the last 48 hours. Orders placed outside of this 48 hour sale window are not eligible for a price adjustment, no exceptions.

Damaged Items

Should you receive a damaged item, please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and email the photo to our Customer Experience team (customerexperience@anita-goodesign.com) along with a description of the damaged item and your Order Number. Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the most appropriate outcome.

Selling Items Created with AGD Designs

You have the approval to create up to 50 individual items with an AGD design to give away or to sell. You may choose to sell these items via any avenue i.e. online, craft venues, etc. If you are going to produce more than 50 of any one design, we ask that you reach out to us directly letting us know which design you are creating, the way you tend to sell the items, and the intended number. This is simply for our reference to know where our designs are being created in larger quantities. 

Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. Should you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item please email customerexperience@anita-goodesign.com within three (3) days of delivery. Include a photo and description of the issue along with your order number to ensure a speedy resolution.

Coupon and Discount Exclusions

Coupon codes cannot be used in combination and do not work with any designs already on sale. However, coupon codes can be used in conjunction with a digital gift card.

Gift Card Exclusions

Gift cards are only valid on our website and cannot be used in a dealer store, applied towards All Access Memberships, used to purchase additional gift cards, nor used at any Anita Goodesign events.
